The Team Plan begins with the CS Workshop.
This two-hour intensive session introduces your team to our core psychological techniques.
Next, we facilitate open communication among coaches, team directors, and team members, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard, and everyone is on board with the team's vision.
The workshop culminates with all team members setting personal, as well as team-oriented goals.
Additional workshops can be scheduled, and customized Team Plans can be designed based on your team’s specific needs.
